7 days prior to arrival without penalty. For late cancellations and changes or no-shows will be charged the total amount. Ulisse Apartment reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. A pre-authorization is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit/debit card. The pre-authorization is NOT a charge and you don't have to pay any extra costs.
The check-in is from 14.00 to 22.00. Outside of the previous schedule time, without notice, can not be guaranteed service of check-in. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance.

Tourist tax: From April 1st to October 31th, all guests staying in Sorrento, will have to pay a fee of 3 euro per person per day. The fee is mandatory, it is not included in the reservation and must be paid in cash directly to the structure.
